Spaddy's Coffee Company is a locally owned coffee shop located in Tampa, Fl with a focus on coffee & community. We offer a variety of specialty coffee offerings, as well as tea, cookies, cuban bread and light bites. Spaddy's was established in 2015 as a mobile coffee bar. We traveled around the bay area to local markets, weddings, food truck rallies and all types of different events.

Ginger Beard Coffee's story didn't start like most coffee shops, with visions of corporate profit. It all started with a couple of guys and a crazy idea. The idea was a simple one: what if their love of coffee and of people could combine in a new way. What if we could bring new life to an old space?

So they quit the daily grind of corporate life to start serving coffee here in Tampa's Channelside District. And not just any coffee, but Nitro Cold Brew, and named after the ginger growing on their faces.

The first Blind Tiger Cafe started in Ybor City – a small historic, cigar city in Tampa, Florida. The founders had a desire to bring great roasted coffee flavors back to a city that was known for its historic richness. hey wanted to sell quality, original roasts so great tasting, it would seem illegal. The Blind Tiger is a speakeasy-inspired lifestyle brand for those who desire quality and richness in the small pleasures of life.

Inspired and impassioned, they began roasting their own. One Christmas, as they gave bags of their home-roasted beans to friends, they jokingly created a label for the brew, named after their dog Buddy. People fell in love with the coffee, the name stuck, and Buddy Brew Coffee was born. They bought a Diedrich IR-7 commercial roaster and started roasting right out of their garage with an online business. They opened their first roastery/coffee bar in Tampa, Florida in 2010.
